Take one of our bicycles for a tour up and down the slopes of the monte, or take a drive towards the nearby village of Evoramonte.
Spend some quality time with our animals. Join us in feeding the chickens, or take a cuddle session with one of our guinea pigs.
Every morning at 6:30 AM, we descend the monte to tend to our chickens and to relocate their specially-built mobile coops. Join us on this tour in the fresh hours of the morning to learn about our regenerative farming efforts, and to discover our monte just as it wakes up.
In the middle of rural Alentejo, far from most sources of significant light pollution, you can experience a truly gorgeous view of the starry night sky each evening - weather permitting, of course.
Alternatively, simply relax in the shade of our cork trees with some music or a good book.
