Pastured Broilers
We use specially designed floorless cages in which our broilers are protected against predators.
The birds are moved to a fresh pasture plot every single day, thus providing them with fresh bugs, grass and sprouts to eat, while enjoying fresh air, sunshine and exercise. This keeps them happy, stress free and healthy without any antibiotics, medicines or hormones, resulting in natural and nutrient rich chicken meat that guarantees you and your visitors a delicious dinner.
The birds are treated with respect throughout all stages and processed on site.
Pastured Ducks
Our ducks are mainly raised in the same type of specially designed floorless cages as our broilers. Dwelling on pasture, they forage a good deal of their food, resulting in tastier, more nutrient-dense eggs and meat. At the same time, they contribute to our program to improve the soil for generations to come.
We ensure the birds get fresh pastures daily to explore and enjoy. The fresh pasture ensures the birds stay healthy and happy.
The animals are treated with respect throughout all stages and processed on site.
Pastured Chicken Eggs
Our laying hens follow a regular rotation. They are free ranging throughout the day, clearing the bugs, and scratching the field, enjoying the herbs and seeds.
Apart from sanitizing the land this way, they provide us with nutritious and tasty pastured eggs.
Our delicious big pastured eggs are now available at 2EUR/half dozen. Availability is limited, contact us for your orders.
Pastured Quail Eggs
Just like our chickens, our quails are moved daily to ensure well-being and healthy nutritional habits.

Pastured Turkeys
Our turkeys start their journey with the broilers on daily fresh pasture. Once they outgrow the cages, they are moved inside an electric-fenced pen, protecting them from any predators.
We move them every other day. This not only keeps them happy, it also ensures they stay healthy without antibiotics and medecins, and it provides them daily with fresh grass and herbs to complement their diet. This ensures a tasty and nutritious meat on a happy animal.

Grass-Fed Beef
The Maronesa cattle roaming on our pastures is a primitive breed from the mountainous north-eastern region of Portugal (Tras-os-Montes). They closely resemble the extinct wild ancestor of our domestic cattle, the Aurochs.
While assisting to assure the survival of this breed, we try and mimic nature with our flock of cows. Our cows usually eat forage only and are moved to a new fresh paddock every day. With the help of portable electric fencing, this model helps to heal the land, improve the forage, limits pathogens, promotes healthy life in the soil, and results in tasty, highly nutritious meat.
Currently we are healing the land and expanding the herd. Soon great tasting meat should be available for sale.
